Collection & Delivery
Click & Collect (on the same day if ordered before 12 midday)
This is a convenient and FREE service which enables you to order online and collect your order from our store at 34 Liberty Square, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
How does it work?
Simply complete your online shopping as normal and proceed to checkout where you will be given two delivery options, choose the I'll Collect My Order option.
Please note: A delivery fee will appear on your order until near the end of the ordering process when it will change to €0.00 before you provide your payment details.
Collection times
For orders placed before 12 midday on Monday to Saturday, we aim to have them ready for collection by 4 pm on the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after midday Monday to Saturday will be ready for collection from 9 a.m. the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will be available for collection on the following Monday after 10 a.m.
In all cases, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
If for any reason you are unable to collect your order when it is ready, please contact our Customer Services Team by calling 0504 90604 or email orders@libertypharmacy.ie to make alternative arrangements.

Delivery Terms
Orders normally take between 2-5 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland except for Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend, pre Christmas or at sale times where in exceptional cases orders can take up to 7/10 working days. Our delivery partner is Fastway.
To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. It is very important to include a correct EIRCODE, delivery address and a mobile contact number in your order.
Please be aware that on occasion external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.
